Directions from the M74

  1. Leave at junction 8

Southbound, turn left off the slip road and continue to the roundabout. Northbound, the slip road brings you directly onto the roundabout.

  2. Head for Blackwood

Turn left at the roundabout towards Blackwood. You'll pass two parking laybys. Immediately after the second layby, turn left.

  3. Cross the motorway

Cross the bridge over the motorway. Immediately after the bridge, turn right onto Broomfield Road.

  4. Look for the hut on the hill

As you follow the road you'll see a green hut on top of the hill on your right. This is the flying site.

  5. Go through the gate

Carry on until you reach a sharp right hand bend. As you go around it you'll see a gate ahead, next to a house. Go through the gate and follow the dirt track up to the flying site.
